Operators Comfort

Hello out there!

Finally I got the new seat inside the car!

For a higher comfort I added a nice and fluffy seat cover! :-)

Afterwards I tested my new driving comfort and the modifications I did increased it tremendously. I did an offroad trip at night, so I could try my lights, as well...

I need some more modifications inside for a better storage of my luggage and then I think I'm almost ready for take off... :-)

Hi Zusammen!

Der Innenraum meines Bullys ist nun fast komplett,

Also, habe ich damit begonnen, mich der Elektrik zu widmen.
Alles in Allem schaut nun die Vorderseite so aus!

Aber auch bei Rückwärtsfahrten möchte ich ja genügend sehen, und somit...

... habe ich auch hinten ein Paas SP-Lampen angebaut :-)

Vor einigen Tagen habe ich in einer Quad-Werkstatt für günstiges Geld diese Reifen erstanden.

Das Profil ist zwar nicht mehr 100 %, aber etwas Off-road feeling geben sie schon her. Felgen habe ich leider noch keine, und wenn ich welche finden sollte müsste ich sie noch entsprechend "bearbeiten". Aber , mal abwarten und schauen was noch so kommt... :-)

Ich habe noch ein schönes Bild vom Winter gefunden, mit einem halben Meter Schnee auf dem Dach... haha

Hello out there!

During the last days I made quite a bit on my car! I took my first break out and lay down on the "bed"

and figured out, that the roof wasn't that beautiful, as I want it! I mean, I have to sleep in there and want to have an ambiencenice that is as nice and pleasant as possible.... And that was the current absolutly not!!

Therefore I bought a new rag to put in.

I found this one already has a little bit of an orientalic touch. (Maybe!?)

My "kitchen" and the "eating room" and the "living room" as well are ready, now. I added a small board also, to carry some books or other stuff!

So far, the most work at the carpenter is done! It was a lot of fun to work and I got many good advices and helping hands! Thanks again, at this point!!

Afterwards I started working on the outside electric! Like on good farm machines, an operator has to have enough light, especially during the long working nights. As far as I don't know, where it'll take me on my journey (forest, desert,....) 

I thought, this would be enough for the moment!! :-)

Preparation goes on

Hallo Freunde!

Leider habe ich meinen Bus in den letzten Wochen sehr vernachlässigt, da ich mit anderen Sachen beschäftigt bzw. in Deutschland unterwegs war.
Dafür habe ich in den vergangenen beiden Tagen den Innenausbau ein gutes Stück voran gebracht. Bei unserem sehr hilfsbereiten Schreiner, der Fa. Ralf Hecker, habe ich mir nun eine schöne große Ablagefläche gebaut.

Anschließend habe ich begonnen, mir mein Schlafgemach zu bereiten…  J

Es voila, und fast fertig!

Desweitern habe ich die zweite Batterie installiert und verbunden. Zudem einen 230V-Wechselrichter eingebaut, damit ich auch unterwegs autark Flex, Bohrmaschine und co. Betreiben kann... :-)

Morgen werde ich damit weitermachen, meine "Küche" einzubauen und noch ein paar Regale. Dann müssten die meisten Schreinerarbeiten erst einmal erledigt sein und ich kann mich dem "Cockpit" und Fahrkomfort widmen. Ihr dürft gespannt sein...
