Adriatic Coast

Hi Folks,

after spent riding the last few days through Bosnia-Herzegowina, I entered back into Croatia and started slowly hitting northwards. But before I visited Dubrovnik, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, like a lot of people are saying.

 

Unfortunatly I didn't make it to the famous photograph spots, but a nice city its really!

Close to Dubrovnik I got me a nice appartment in Blace in the evening and the owner invited me for a beer and some nice talks...

I choosed to ride along the Adriatic coast back to the north, what is really amazing.

"Hajduk!"

The Croatians gathering land from the ocean ....

... and use it for ...

... growing Oranges.

I also did my first camping somewhere in the outback of Croatia, a few miles from the coast road with a very nice overwiew of the ocean!

 It felt a little suspicious but finally not soo bad... :-)

I drove all the way along the Adriatic coast back up to Rijeka, what was absolutly fucking awesome!!! ;-)

Riding into the sunset, while watching this red ball of fire right in front me, how it sinks into the ocean made me feel like Peter Fonda in Easy Rider...   :-)
